PRETIRA

Licence the book. Call the API.

One governed property record, sold through two production routes. Use an annual internal-use licence for secured-book work, or the API for live valuation, verification and routing.

Paid Core retrieval by UPRN starts at 5p. Address-based retrieval has a 10p minimum; prebuilt properties use Premium pricing. Free sandbox and valuation routes remain separate.

Test the route you intend to deploy.

No borrower or customer data is needed for the first look. Choose the portfolio path or the API path, then agree the limit, evidence and review point.

Portfolio route

Review a controlled sample.

Start with synthetic records or a standard Pretira-supplied GB sample. If a back-test is needed, it can follow your security route and keep sensitive data inside your environment.

API route

Run a time-boxed trial.

Build against the deterministic sandbox, then agree trial credentials and a written usage limit for the live workflow you need to validate.

Choose the evaluation route

Rights are written down.

The quote states the users, workflow, fields, geography, refresh and onward-use position. Redistribution and white-label use are never implied.

One record, two routes.

Annual files and the API expose the same governed property record. Choose delivery for the operating workflow, not a different product tier story.

Prove the decision first.

A controlled free sample or trial has an agreed route, question, limit and review point. Bespoke integration or managed analysis is scoped separately.

Commercial questions.

Choose the annual internal-use licence for secured-book enrichment, scheduled refreshes and controlled file delivery. Choose API usage for live valuation, verification or routing. A lender can use both under a joined scope.

Not for the first evaluation. Start with the synthetic sample, a Pretira-supplied standard sample or a time-boxed API trial. A lender-run back-test can keep sensitive data inside your controlled environment. Any later data transfer follows an agreed security and legal route.

A defined sample or trial, the relevant dictionary and methodology material, and a review against agreed decision criteria. It is not an open-ended proof of concept, free integration project or unbounded custom analysis.

The published Core schedule starts at £0.05 per property lookup and volume pricing starts at 10,000 lookups. Field depth, usage rights, redistribution and white-label requirements determine the applicable written terms.

Indicative pricing is £10,000 a year for up to 10,000 mortgages, then £1 per mortgage a year from 10,001 to 150,000. Larger books receive a capped annual fee agreed in advance. Final fields, geography, entities, delivery, refresh and rights are confirmed in writing.

All figures ex VAT. Rate card: June 2026. Final rights and scope are set by the signed agreement.

Choose the production route, then prove it.
