PRETIRA

Attributions.

The Pretira dataset joins public and licensed sources at the property point. Provenance is recorded per field in the dictionary, so a value can be traced to its origin.

HM Land RegistrySold-price completions used as valuation reference data and for transaction context in Great Britain. A dated public test result is not implied by the source cadence.
Land & Property Services (Northern Ireland)The source behind Northern Ireland addresses and selected property attributes, with coverage and refresh recorded per field.
Energy Performance Certificate registersCurrent and potential ratings, heating and fuel where a certificate exists; a modelled rating is published and flagged where one is absent.
National hazard and flood modellingFlood ratings, depths and annual-loss context, subsidence and ground indicators, joined at the property point rather than the postcode.
Property identifiers (UPRN)Every record is anchored to the Unique Property Reference Number, so attributes, value and risk resolve to the same property.
Local planning authoritiesPlanning application history across Great Britain, recorded per property where an application exists.
